Food Services Special Dietary Needs

1. Complete a Special Diet Request Form.  A copy must be sent to the school nurse. The nurse will then make a copy for the cafeteria manager and food service director.
2. Utilize the allergen filters, carbohydrate counts, and other nutritional information on the interactive menu website.
3. Stay in touch with your school cafeteria manager. You may communicate with your cafeteria manager and the food service director through emails and phone calls. We encourage your child to introduce themself to cafeteria staff so that they can become familiar with your child and his or her needs.
4. A registered dietitian is available to answer questions and help with your child’s needs. Call 812-271-1344 for more information.
