FERPA and HIPAA regulations prevent schools from sharing information with anyone but the custodial parent.
In the event a non-custodial parent or family member will care for your child while deployed please make sure the school has a custodial statement from you. This will ensure the person you name on the agreement can have full access to educational information on behalf your child.
